Messi’s Latest Milestone

It was a milestone outing for Barcelona’s Lionel Messi, in what has been a season of new milestones for the Argentine and Catalonian club legend.

Messi recorded a hat-trick in Barcelona’s 4-2 title-winning game against Deportivo de La Coruña on Sunday. Messi scored his 30th goal of the La Liga campaign, making the Argentine the first player to score 30 goals or more in seven different seasons.

Salah’s Image Rights Dispute

Liverpool and Premier League leading scorer Mohammed Salah is reportedly insulted over the use of his image on the Egyptian National Team’s official charter plane.

Salah’s face features prominently on the side of the plane and was provided by the National Team’s official sponsor, WE. Salah, who has a sponsorship with WE’s rival Vodafone, Tweeted out his disappointment with the situation on Sunday.

Translated to English, the Tweet reads: “Sorry but this is a major insult … I was hoping the handling [of the dispute] would be classier than this.”
